Meet Albert and Cesar. Aren't they cute together? I see Albert walk Cesar every day when I am with Bud at the Bay in Morro Bay. Albert rescued Cesar. They go hiking and walking every day. Cesar is a sweetheart of a dog. Albert knows that little dogs like to be walked and hiked like big dogs.
