Since Bud has in the past. ran up and charged after dogs just walking past our house. Notice I don't take any chances for him to misbehave I have the Ecollor on him so I have total control over him He's bored with my gardening. He sleeps while take a coffee break. When in doubt don't take chances. I would rather have Bud bored than him getting in trouble. Most dogs get protective of their yard and street; that's part of their nature. Bud is oversensitive and he gets upset when other dogs and their people pass on their walks. So I make sure by making sure that he can not go after them.
